Description: One of the giant dog breeds, Newfoundlands are exceptionally patient dogs, fitting into any type of household. They are a beautiful breed of dog, rarely showing any bad temper unless provoked. Newfoundlands are known for their love and ability to strong swimming ability. As with any giant dog breed his owner will require vigilance in his raising and caring for the Newfoundland, in return for which he can expect complete devotion and constant protection.
